The original version of this information pack was prepared by Kate Hill (author of The Long Sleep (1995). London: Virago) while working with Professor Keith Hawton and colleagues at the Oxford University Department of Psychiatry, on a project about suicide in young people, funded by Oxford Regional Health Authority.
