BrakeCare, a division of Brake, is dedicated to providing help and support for bereaved and injured victims. Use this page to access advice and support from BrakeCare and other agencies. Call their help line for emotional support and practical information (This help line is staffed by one support worker. If you reach their answerphone, leave a message saying when you would like to be called back.), alternatively, you can email us. Their support literature is widely acclaimed and used nationally. It aims to be objective and straightforward and contains extensive useful advice on topics such as criminal prosecutions, compensation claims, and support agencies.
