Excludes Reservists undertaking periods of Service under FTRS, ADC and Ad Hoc Duties. The HRR Bounty is paid on the anniversary of joining the HRR. Sponsored Reserves - The Bounty payable to sponsor Reserves should be based on the full training bounty with the actual rate varying between 50% - 100% of the full training bounty, directly proportioned to the training commitments. Call-out gratuity - £420.00. |
