Rothbury House, built in 1869 as a Hotel (not Manor House), the MalcolmApartments built in 1879 as an annex to the main house. Situated in the beautiful Coquet Valley, with large terraced gardens leading down to the river and views of the Valley and Simonside Hills.

| Eligibility | The house is open to serving and ex-serving members of the Royal Air Force and their dependants. Applications from the Royal Navy and Army may sometimes considered, subject to room availability at the time of booking. | |
